Why Now

The traditional recruiting model is archaic, myopic, too transactional and not strategic
enough.


Dated methodologies are not a fit for today’s dynamic market, they are too sector-
focused, process heavy and cumbersome. Although traditional recruiting agencies
employ business development managers that have industry expertise and may even be
from the industry they are selling into, when it comes to doing the actual recruiting, they
delegate the work to junior consultants. Junior recruiters have neither the depth of
knowledge nor the strategic wherewithal to surface exceptional candidates.
